Dodona was the second great ancient oracle (beside Delphi). Master of the oracle was Zeus.

The ancient priests took their oracles from the rushing of the leaves from a holy oak.

Especially impressive is the amphitheatre. It has 52 rows of seats and accomodates 18000 visitors. It is one of the largest all over greece.
